Portal terms designed for a governed funding journey.
These terms support secure digital access and transparent use of the platform. They do not replace any facility agreement, security document, credit approval, policy, legislation or formal LEDA decision.
Account responsibility
Use only your own account and keep your credentials confidential. Do not share passwords, impersonate another person or attempt to access another applicant’s or official’s information. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account until a suspected compromise is reported.
Application information
Applicants must submit information and supporting evidence that is complete and accurate to the best of their knowledge. LEDA may verify information, request additional evidence, return an application for correction or pause assessment where required information is outstanding.
No automatic entitlement to finance
Readiness checks, calculators, scores and automated indicators are informative only. They do not constitute a quotation, approval, guarantee or binding offer. Funding decisions remain subject to eligibility, verification, affordability and credit assessment, delegated authority, available programmes, conditions precedent and final written agreements.
Electronic records and acceptance
The platform may record submissions, approvals, timestamps, declarations, document versions and other electronic evidence. Where electronic acceptance or signature is used, the method must be appropriate to the transaction and LEDA’s approved contracting process.
Security and acceptable use
Automated abuse, unauthorised security testing, circumvention of access controls, malicious code, fraudulent submissions and attempts to interfere with the platform are prohibited. Suspected compromise or misuse should be reported through LEDA’s designated support or security channel.
Formal approval remains essential.
The final production terms should be approved and maintained by LEDA Legal and Governance, with official contact details, review dates and document ownership recorded through the organisation’s governance process.
